3. Return & Refund Policy

Treswizz operates as a digital service. Refunds are processed only under strict eligibility conditions.

3.1 Eligibility

• Only if the campaign has not started
• Technical error caused failure of service
• Partial work doesn’t qualify unless agreed otherwise

3.2 Request Procedure

Requests must be sent to support@treswizz.com within 7 days of transaction with clear explanation and proof.

3.3 Refund Mode

All refunds are processed to Treswizz Wallet within 14 working days.
